Clear terms for a clear service request.
These terms govern use of the Locked & Loaded Locksmiths website and online intake. They do not replace the service scope, authorization, pricing, or other terms confirmed directly for a specific job.
Receipt is not dispatch
An online submission confirms that the request was stored for review. A date or time selected by the customer is only a preference until Locked & Loaded Locksmiths directly confirms the appointment. Submission does not confirm technician availability, acceptance, dispatch, an arrival time, a price, or completion. Call (509) 283-8300 for the fastest contact during an active emergency.
Authorization
You must be legally authorized to request access to, rekey, repair, replace, or otherwise service the vehicle, home, business, door, lock, or property involved. You agree to provide appropriate identification and proof of ownership, occupancy, tenancy, management authority, or another lawful basis before work begins.
Accurate information
Provide accurate contact, location, vehicle, property, hardware, timing, and service details. Do not upload payment-card information, passwords, government identifiers, illegal material, or images unrelated to the service request.
Service availability and compatibility
Availability depends on location, timing, conditions, service type, hardware or vehicle compatibility, authorization, and other operational factors. No claim is made that every lock, key system, vehicle, property, or requested time can be served.
Pricing
Pricing may depend on the work required, hardware or vehicle type, condition, location, time, complexity, and replacement parts. Website content and automated-assistant messages are not binding quotes. Scope and price are confirmed directly when possible.
Transactional communications
If you separately request SMS or email confirmation, you authorize transactional messages about the service request. This is not marketing consent. Provider delivery is not guaranteed, and you remain responsible for keeping a reliable callback number available.
Safety and lawful use
Do not use the website to seek unauthorized entry, bypass security, facilitate wrongdoing, or interfere with another person’s property. For immediate danger, a trapped vulnerable person, fire, or another public-safety emergency, contact 911 first.
Website availability
Maps, AI guidance, uploads, SMS, email, and other integrations may be unavailable. Manual address entry and direct phone contact remain available. The website is provided without a guarantee that every optional integration will be uninterrupted.
