Your preferred time is not an automatic promise.
Locksmith availability can depend on active emergencies, location, service type, hardware or vehicle compatibility, and authorization. The online request records your preference but does not silently create a confirmed appointment.
After staff accepts the time, the dispatch system creates or updates the private calendar event and sends any configured transactional confirmation.

Is the time confirmed when I submit?
No. It is a preferred time until Locked & Loaded directly confirms availability and acceptance.
Will it appear on a calendar?
After staff confirms the appointment, the dispatch system can create a private Google Calendar event and provide transactional calendar details when the integration is configured.
Can I attach photos for planned work?
Yes. Up to five relevant hardware, door, vehicle, or key photos can be attached securely to help the initial review.
